Conditioning:  Mares/Geldings - $650 month
                      Stallions - $700 month
                      Weanlings - $600 month

  Mare care:  $14 per day wet/ $12 per day dry

  Show Fees/Expense:

• Mileage .60 cents per mile

• Entries/Stalls/Shavings charged at cost

• Hotel/meals/toll road/etc. divided among clients

  Futurity earnings/payback:  10% of total purse.  $100 minimum

  Breeding Services:

• $250 shipped semen collection fee

• $100 on-farm breeding fee

• $100 counter-to-counter fee

• Mare owner pays shipping charges

  Foaling Fee:  $200

  Other Services:

• Agents fee/commission 10% of sale price

• Hauling .60 cents per mile

• Photography/Video Preparation $50

  Supplements, medications, neck reduction, farrier, and veterinary care billed  separately.

  A valid credit card or signed check must be on file to cover show fee charges on the first business day following the show or a $50 service fee will apply.

  Billing - A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.  All invoices will be sent on the 1st of the month and are due upon receipt.  A late fee of $50 will be assessed on all accounts that are not paid in full by the 15th of the month, regardless of postmark.  There will be no exceptions.  All services will be restricted for delinquent accounts as of the 25th of the month and a 2% service charge will be added to all accounts 30 days past due.
